For customers with a current warranty or service contract:
Service Support, 08:00 to 17:00 ADT

After-hours on-call
Active from November 1st to March 31st, outside office hours (17:00 to 08:00 AST):
Winter season only
Priority is given to Warranty and Service Contract calls.

All other technical support
Call during normal office hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 AST
